I used this product for Spritz cookies. I love that it has metal disks, mainly because the last one I had had plastic disks and the one I used the most, the Christmas tree, cracked and was no longer usable. I also love the case the disks came in. Every cookie came out the appropriate size and was so easy to use the handle. I recommend this product very highly.

This unit is the best. I have broken several because of the thickness of an old family butter cookie recipe. This press is easy to use, easy to clean and love the storage unit for the different shape discs. It is didn’t show any stress on the collar.

Fantastic press. I was hesitant to purchase at first because I was used to an electric press and feared hand fatigue but boy was I wrong. This press is super easy to use and requires very little effort. One click and you have perfectly portioned dough. It is very easy to unscrew the cover to add more dough or to switch design disks and comes apart nicely for easy cleaning. I have made numerous recommendations to friends on this product and will continue. I am very happy with it. The disk storage is a nice bonus and is large enough to store additional disks not included should you purchase the other seasonal sets available.

A fabulous tool for making adorable cookies without having to mess with cookie cutters. I used it to make several kinds of gluten free spritz cookies and had success when I refrigerated the baking sheets before attempting to press the dough.
