I liked that the design's for the cookie shaped are a good variety.

It included very yummy recipes. I used the gingerbread shortbread. I found that when my dough had been re-created a number of times it became as expected, super soft. So I used one of the molds and shot out a long continuous ribbon onto the cookie sheet and cut to desired amount. These cookies at the end were crunchy outside and soft inside. Easy gun. Tasty cookies.

it’s so very, very, easy and the design of this cookie press controls just how much dough comes out! You get a perfect cookie with every press!!! Add to this that there is a quality storage case for the disks and it’s a hands down winner. I loved it so much that I bought one as a gift too.

I had given up on cookie presses...hard to use, hard to create uniform cookies, hard to clean. Thought I would give it one more try. Glad I did! This press is just what I had hoped for. The cookies are very pretty, the designs are distinct. I probably will only use this at holidays, but it might tempt me to go beyond! I used one of the recipes in the booklet...very buttery, not too sweet..just right. ( I used all vanilla,no almond flavoring, but that is personal preference.)
