I have size F boobs and these things held up through a wedding and reception and, yes, I danced to Shout and didn't hold back. The only criticism I have is that the under wire started coming out. As long as you get the bottom attached to your chest and then take the rest of the plastic liner off a you follow the form up then attach the straps where you want them you should be good! Remember don't put lotion on your skin where the adhesive is going to be! I will definitely buy these again!
