I have had different Tractive tracking devices for my cats and none has ever disappointed. I could not use two of these: one was faulty, the other was lost at a neighbour’s garden who did not allow me to take it back (I know, awful neighbours!). I contacted Tractive for support and they brilliantly assisted me. As I had bought a subscription for the faulty tracker, they even shipped a brand new tracking device for me! Based on my 2 years experience, I would definitely recommend Tractive.

Love this collar. No shock, just beep and vibration. I recently got new neighbors with dogs. My dog would always bark if we happened to be outside at same time, as well as barking for deliveries, Repair people, etc. This collar is amazing. I had it on level 1 the lowest. I did not want to hurt my cocker spaniel. After the first loud bark he did, the collar beeped and vibrated. He stopped barking and came to me. I always remind him when he’s getting ready to possibly bark.”no bark, you will get owie”. It makes him think about barking now. I did after a few days of him wearing bump it up to level 2. He’s been wearing it for about 3 to 4 weeks now and I am very impressed. Great product, doesn’t hurt my dog, but startles him, and works so well! Very easy to use. I usually charge battery 2x a week. Even though battery is still showing ok. Takes less than an hour to charge. Great purchase.

10 year old female maltese who has been getting worse and worse with high pitched howling when I left home or arrived home until I got in the door. She became super attached over Covid Lockdowns and it accelerated from there to a point of embarrassment for me with the neighbours. She also started barking at every single movement out front of our house.

It all stopped immediately that she started wearing this collar. It never seemed to stress her at all, but th behavious changed instantly.

After 1 week I took it off and it is now a week later it has not started again. i will monitor it and use it if and when I have to.

So grateful for this collar!!!
