Car Heads Up Display

Our Car Heads Up Display was designed to make it easy to pay attention to the car speed without having to take your eyes off of the road. Equipped with a special reflective lens, this head up display directly detects the speed of the car after the OBD2 cable is connected to the car.

The screen on the heads up car display has a high range of brightness which is adjusted automatically depending on the environment outside. Once the car starts moving, the car HUD will display the speed in very big & bold letters on the windshield.

Best part of all, the HUD display is extremely small in size and takes up little to no space on the dashboard. It comes with a special sticky pad which ensures that once installed, the car HUD display does not move around or slide due to road conditions.

It does the job pretty well I am happy with it. I can see it on the screen in the dark and in daylight with the sun out. I was able to mostly tuck the wires into the side so it's not very visible following along the left side of my dash down by the windshield then up to the side of it and down to the little plug-in.

The product arrived early that was good. The instructions are not clear at all but I figured it out fairly quick. I had to do a small adjustment to the speed variation but after that it was great. The first time we used it, it was put to a very hard test, we drove 11 hrs on a road trip but after about 8 hours it shut off, It would not stay on after that. I unplugged it and let it sit until the next day. I plugged it in and the whole day it worked fine. I think it may have overheated but I do not know.I will keep an eye on it. If it is a heating problem that could be bad.

Easy to install, setting up for the device is a little weird at first but if you play around with the button and follow the instructions, it becomes simple. Hold the button down to get to the settings, click the number corresponding to what you want to go change, after that its left or right for lower and higher. Just make sure you only click the button once to save the new settings instead of holding down for 5 seconds again and end up back at the meter screen. Just a FYI, the reflector screen sucks and the numbers reflecting off the glass looks better without it.

This thing is pretty cool... First thing first, that is an excellent buy-in price for slick piece of tech like this. Secondly, install is CRAZY easy. How easy? I installed while literally waiting in a Starbucks drive through, waiting for a coffee. Completely installed, including tucking away the cable. It installed cleanly, as you can see. The display is bright, and not too intrusive of your sight line while driving. It is VERY bright during night operations. I highly recommend this product.

Very surprised how much quality you get for the low price. It does what it says it does. Visibility is great even in the brightest of brightest days. very accurate. 3 digit display; first digit can only do a "1" speed and voltage no problem... when temp goes to 200s the display only displays the last 2 digits. 1-199 good. 001-099 after that.
