We did this for my daughter’s birthday. I made the cake myself and inserted the box filled with money by myself. They look on her face when she pulled the happy birthday stick out of the cake was absolutely priceless. She told everyone and anyone about her cake and the endless bound of money that came out of it. She talked about this for at least three weeks after her party. Best idea yet

We loved this! It worked out just perfectly for my daughter's birthday. One word of advice though... DON'T put it in the dishwasher. I made this mistake and destroyed it. I am now having to buy another one because my younger daughter wants one in her cake. It won't be as much of a surprise for her since she asked for it, but I don't think that matters for her. Definitely a hit with my family.

These turned out great. They are easy to use. The boxes are quite large. I made homemade cake. I bought a 9 by 13 pan that was 3 inches deep. You will need 2.5 boxes of cake mix. (I did 2 cakes and did 5 boxes) Get 2 frostings per cake just in case you need extra to cover the money box. I also put sprinkles and chocolate chips on the cake to make sure the kids couldn't tell the box was there. Also, tape the lid to the box or else it will pull off when pulling the money out.

A friend had used one recently and I thought it was a great idea so I got one for my son. It was fun and he loved it. You have to take it to whoever is baking the cake because they have to cut a hole out to stick the box in but you have to have it ready to go. It's a real fun idea. ☺️

Omg.... made my daughter’s birthday so special. The people next to our tables were so amazed bec they have not seen money coming out from the cake! I was scared that it might not work since I read some reviews that they have to dig in the cake bec it broke or something. Just make sure that you secured the stick with the glue that is included in the package. There is no instructions so I just figured it out myself. Oh there is a picture of the instructions on Traby, I followed that but it is still not clear. Still a 5 star despite of lacking detailed instructions.
