Obviously the above didn't research what you're meant to do with this kit. The teeth looking thing you receive is merely there to give the impression 'shape'. The plastic inside is the only part you wear over your teeth. Hot water makes it go soft & transparent. You bite down on this & drop the impression in cold water where it hardens & goes white.

to use:1. Place teeth into a cup of hot (almost boiling) water for 1 minute. This will make them flexible and ready to custom fit.

2. Using a mirror, firmly position the Instant Smile Teeth over your existing teeth. Press them firmly against your teeth and gently pat the impression material with your thumbs behind your real teeth.

3. Gently ease the teeth out of your mouth after 30 seconds and set them in a glass of cold water to cool. The impression material turns white when it is hardened.

I've had it for three days now and would've paid twice the price. Once you get it fitted correctly, it's really worth the money. No, you can't eat with it- but it is perfect for me. I'm waiting a month to take my vacation to have oral surgery- my mouth before looked awful- I was missing half of a bridge and have tooth decay. Surprisingly, they look very natural and I've been wearing them for several days. The packaging is easy to open and the video on YouTube is very informative. I had the Secure Smile and threw it away- this is a million times better. Very impressed and has given me the confidence and ability to go out in public again. I would say buy it- you won't regret it.
