Very nicely packaged, everything exactly as described. I was not expecting much in regards to the knife but it is very nice and super sharp. It is quite evident that the makers of this kit care how their product is displayed to their customers. I am in process of making my first batch of sushi and I can't wait to try the rest of the tools. Everything is really very nice and worth every penny I paid for the kit. If anything turns out differently I will update my review.

Great kit! Had everything you need to start making amazing tasting sushi. The weird sushi tube is probably not necessary if you watch a few videos on YouTube on how to roll sushi properly. Overall awesome product. The 2 bamboo rolling mats as well as the other tools are good quality.

I think that this is a fantastic kit that's easy for beginners. I was able to make some sushi for family for the first time simply enough. The included recipes were quite useful, especially the sushi rice prep one. The rice spoon has some slight chipping after only several meal uses, but I think it might be because I left it in the bowl of water between making each roll instead of dipping it once.
