Very comfortable, both the clips and vents. Makes a huge difference, even though they're small. I wish I had bought these years ago. Seriously, thats not hyperbole. My wife and I have been considering a fancy bed that raises when it senses snoring, but this inexpensive solution mostly solves the problem instead! Takes a few days to get used to as you would expect, but even on the first night I slept well because the improved nose breathing compensated for the odd feeling of something small in my nose. After a few days I was used to it though.

I like this product, it works well. The good - you can really feel the difference in how open your nasal passages get, its nice to not have to peel off a sticky breathing strip every morning, they're washable and reusable therefore better for the environment, they're small and super easy to use. The bad - the blue cones are a little rough in the sensitive nasal passage (but easy to get used to), and I think the magnets should be a little stronger. I think its good and I recommend to anyone who doesn't like sticking a breathing strip on their nose every night
