    I bought this for my mother's caregiver who also walks her dog. She loves it! Says it keeps her both warm and dry in all weather thus far this winter. She just layers it underneath with either sweaters or down jackets, depending on the temperature. The hood was a bit large but she solved that by either wearing a scarf around it or a headband to it secure it or a heavy duty winter helmet hat underneath it.

Also good for camping, fireside chats around the fire pit and everyday use while walking the dog or just taking a random stroll. Wish it came in nicer colors, seems a bit "campy" for city wear but at our country house, it works.
