My daughter is a champion Amateur junior Golfer and she has to walk a lot on the Golf course, and also her legs are very worked out from exercise and Golf. Recently, she had a problem with her knee cap stability to the point that she had to stop playing because of pain in her left knee.We went to the doctor and a Physical therapist. They both said that the outside muscles of her legs were overly developed and also her legs were not aligned properly when she is standing because her feet are pronated, or turned inwards. They prescribed exercise for her to strengthen her less developed inner leg muscles, and they recommended that she wear Orthotic inserts. They said that it does not have to be custom or high Arch inserts, just the over the counter ones will do. They showed me a sample and I went to TrabyHand showed them these and they said that it will work for her.

These insoles have changed my life. I'd suffered with Plantar Fasciitis for almost a year. I couldn't walk without limping; and couldn't walk far at all with other insoles. I'd tried essential oils, creams , lotions, painkillers, an outdoor therapeutic boot of the type you'd wear with a broken foot, I'd spent a small fortune on Dr. Scholls and similar Supermarket orthotic insoles; I felt my hiking days were over- so it actually with some skepticism that I tried these, but they had rave reviews so I went ahead & ordered 2 pairs.

I was having terrible foot pain from walking miles of hard concrete hospital floors everyday for years. I was having plantar fasciitis pain when I woke up and all day. It was miserable. The pain was so bad I had a hard time walking around my house even! I had a pair of allbirds that I put these insoles into (I took out the flimsy wool insoles that came with the shoe) and started using them on a regular basis. My foot pain is pretty much gone after switching my shoes to dansko Kane clogs for work and these allbirds with these insoles for every day wear! Highly recommend! No more foot pain and insoles are supportive.
