This knife is intimidating yet the heft and sharpness of the blade makes it easy to use. It's not for every task but it does make the tasks you use it for easier. I like that I can use it as a cleaver in certain cases and then utilize the tip to conduct delicate slicing. I am VERY happy so far. I hope it lasts!

This thing is a beast. I am no professional chef, but I am a longtime woodsman and Bushcrafter. I have taken this on a couple trips, and it has evolved into my go-to knife. I simply love that it can do very well at the butcher block, but yesterday hold up to the random needs I may have in the bush. Why carry two knives?

I obviously joke a bit, as each knife has its place, but this one can do the trick of many. Holds a very sharp edge, and is strong beyond my expectations. Seriously great buy...

This knife is awesome, it comes very sharp, it slices through all vegetables like a laser. The almazan knives knife has nothing on this knife. The blade is vert thick at the top and extremely thin at the bottom and the edge it comes with is the right edge for kitchen use. The almazan knives knife has a blunt edge that can be very sharp but won't slice nearly as nice. This knife is my new favorite knife for kitchen use!

This knife is EXTREMELY sharp, excellent craftsmanship. We’ve used it on the Ironwood cutting board (from Amazon), to debone meat, slice/dice veggies, great for slicing through a watermelon, cantaloupe, etc., and for cutting whole chickens for frying. Great value for the money; just be careful...this knife is super sharp, but one of the best purchases we’ve make in cutlery. My wife loves this knife.

I was really surprised at the quality of this knife. I expected something cheaply mass produced to look hand made, but this knife actually is made to last! I would recommend buying this knife! If it doesn’t work out it can always be returned however, I don’t think you will want to return it.
