We had a small cowbell attached to the back of our front door to notify us when the dogs had to go out. Over the years the bell created long scratches, against the grain, into the back of the door. I applied the oil to an old sock and used it in an attempt to minimize the visible scratches. IF, you know where to look, you can see the scratches, but this oil REALLY worked to cover the damage. I would give it 10 stars if they went that high. I had so much oil left, I started searching for other scratches and gouges to fix. Well worth the money.

This is an excellent product! We couldn’t find a brand like this at the stores so took a chance on this as we had never heard of it! Love it! Used it on my hardwood floors were pups and chair legs have scratched it. You can hardly tell there were once scratches there! The bottle does drip a bit down the side after we first used it so we just put a doubled paper towel under it for storing. I will definitely buy this again!

Used this on an old, solid wood door with dark stain that my puppy scratched the hell out of. Lightly sanded the scratches down going with the grain, wiping with a damp towel after a few passes to make sure I wasn't causing more damage with this. Once the scratches were mostly smoothed down, I wiped with this stuff and it seriously looks like it never happened. I am not a wood worker or DIY savaunt- this made my jaw drop at how well it hid all those imperfections.
