I was worried that this wouldn't look nearly as good as in the photo. But it looks even better than the photo! And when it arrived, I saw that the package had taken a severe beating on its way to the UK. I expected to open it and find fragments of broken shield. Again, I needn't have worried. Not only is the shield itself a heavy, substantial item, but the seller had also taken great care with the packaging, with multiple layers of bubble wrap, etc. Bottom line - I couldn't be happier! I'm DELIGHTED with this purchase.

Pretty solid set. I used these for a ringwraith costume for a renaissance festival. They came wrapped in gift wrap which was sweet. The black gloves seemed to have slight wear/tear on them, but this was ideal because I wanted a worn look. The metal has a slight rust look to it, but again, I wanted mine to look worn so this was ideal. They look absolutely menacing. I got a lot of compliments on them. Definitely going to be a staple in my future costumes. I did have to make my own hole in the leather forearm strap so it'd fit but that took less than five minutes. The shipping was super fast, I got it way before the estimated delivery date which I greatly appreciated.
