The first one we purchased, the SD card broke in the system. We reached out to them and they replaced the entire unit immediately. Love this product, we have used it for almost 6 months now. Great quality and great tool for our kids to use to draw. We also love that you can easily upload an image or picture from your phone to the machine via the ap. It is very easy to use. Love this! Bought it for my two daughters (8 and 6.5) who both love to draw. They find the smART Projector easy and fun. All they do is plug it in and there are many options for them to pick from right away. The step by step instructions to draw pictures are so easy, the girls can do it without any help from me! They love seeing their "masterpieces" and feel like artists! The easy to download app also allows us to draw pictures that we take on my cell phone....my daughters absolutely LOVE that! Great product.

The children love this gadget. It's been a lovely little tool to keep the kids happily occupied, and learning a skill. We temporarily misplaced the little case and memory card within an hour of opening the box - so I recommend parents take a good look at those pieces and maintain custody of them. We took this with us on a trip, and I think the power cord has been left behind - so y'all probably want to be careful about that component as well.

There are a lot of comments about how the pictures weren't clear but I'm not sure if the people were going into it with accurate expectations. This is a £50 toy not a pro drawing implement. It's a little pixelated but we easily sketched pictures of ourselves and I personally thought it did a great job of converting color photographs into black and white pictures suitable for sketching.

So, I am a cookie decorator. I had alot of people recommend this, as a cheap projector to project images onto a cookie. At first I was a little hesitant, and the app kept failing so I gave on it for quite a few months. I finally pulled it back out last week to try again. The app finally worked, so I was able to upload my own images(font) on to a cookie, trace it then ice it. It works great! I do wish the zoom was a little better, but for a kids projector, I'm happy with it. I definitely recommend it, until you can afford a better option.
