In order to start the massager first charge it with the usb for a couple of hours. Then when it's done charging turn the head set and the remote on. The M is for whatever mode you want it in. Third the three lines button on the controller is for low or high setting. It takes about a minute or two to starts feeling anything. Haven't seen any results since I just got it a couple of days ago. Hope this helps

I was looking for something to help with my double chin issue going on- typical aging dilemma. This band really does do the job if you do it religiously. Love the velcro- you can tighten it as much as you want., and it’s very stretchy. Love the feel when it’s on. Every night I apply my neck cream (I use SKINN neck Armour leave on mask), put the band on for about an hour (or more) before bed while I read. I’ve been doing this for over a month now and see a big difference. My skin isn’t so lose under my chin, my jowls look non existent, my ‘tech’ neck is looking much better- and my confidence level to wear v-necks is improving. Once this band wears out- I will be purchasing another.

I’ve been using this product every night ranging from 30 minutes to an hour and it works! I’ve always had a chubby face. Even with weight loss over the years I still can’t seem to get rid of my chubby cheeks! My face is the first place to show weight gain and the last place to lose it. My face also gets bloated after eating too many carbs. I have found that using this product has helped in keeping my face slim and toned. As I continue my weight loss journey, I hope it will continue to help in keeping my face slim to match my body! I will continue using this product. Thank you!

I did not know what to expect, because I don't see any tightening creams or serums working. I'm very self conscious about my jowl/neck area and it affects the way I feel. I swear I saw a difference after the first time I wore it. Some times I don't see a difference, but if I wear it daily for at least 45 minutes, I definitely see a difference and I'm really excited about that. I just started adding my cream first before putting it on. I would recommend this and it's a lot more cost effective than those one time lift masks you purchase and then throw away. And btw, I almost never write reviews.
