I have been using this device for about five years to control troublesome snoring. My snoring resolved quickly and my wife is quite pleased. The device usually wears out after regular use in about six months. However, I have been happy to replace it because it has been so beneficial. I would highly recommend which is professionally made and of high quality. The instructions given with the device are easy to understand.

I've used this for three nights now and I am amazed that my snoring has stopped. Hopefully, this will continue and I will enjoy having good sleepful nights. When I ordered it my major concern was that it would be very uncomfortable to use. I am happy to report that there is minimal discomfort in using this.

I have been trying different products for snoring. Among them has been this one. It arrived quickly and ready for me to use before bed. As they say, "the proof is in the pudding" and hearing my wife say: "I barely heard you last night" was proof it works. We all got good rest. I would definitely recommend this to others who snore or impacted by someone who does 😄

I suffer from moderate sleep apnea so I use a CPAP machine at home. I was concerned about driving my poor wife nuts with snoring since she is a light sleeper. However she said this unit tamed me most of the time (I clocked 85 decibels in my sleep study!). It could be a bit more comfortable but every nose is slightly different. You can feel a modest amount of back pressure when you insert it and breathe through your nose. (I don't think it will do much good if you breathe through your mouth at night). The instructions do not make it clear that you can wash and dry it, but you can do so.

I breathe so much easier and sleep better using this product in combination with a better pillow. The only dislike I have is that I wish it could be positioned even further forward. I can’t quite get my job far enough forward to open my airway all the way. I also wish they sold refills on the inserts.
