I used this at first with the larger tip to remove skin tags. You are burning them off so beware of smoke and burining flesh! No pain as ling as you dont hit your actual skin. I did apply numbing cream first. Most were gone with one use and the next week the two larger ones I went back and finished off. Then I got brave and used the fine needle tip to treat a spider vein complex on the inside of my knee. I watched videos on self electrolysis and spider veins to learn how. Im half way to healing, and it looks great. I will likely treat any remaining vein again next month. This has saved me hundreds of pounds at the dermotologist ir reurn to the vein clinic. If you have wuestionable growths see a doctor, but if you know what you have and want to correct it yourslef, this tool works great. No ussues with the power or level buttons. I used level 9.

Its fairly easy to use. When I opened the package and charged. I was testing on a piece of paper and was about to call it garbage until I touched it with my fingers and realized that it only works on skin. I bought a numbing cream and my BF was able to use it to remove the visibly large skin tags. A tweezer makes it easier to get to the base for quicker removal. He made several passes at level 9. Most importantly I saved a chunk of cash. I did a test on one to see how it will heal before I did these.

Over the past year the number of skin tags I have on my neck and upper chest area has increased substantially and I hate them!!! I feel so gross having them but to have them all removed at a doctor office will cost a small fortune and take multiple appointments. This thing actually works! I used the large tip and power of 7. I didn't hold the tip on the skin tags, instead I did multiple quick taps on each tag until the whole skin tag- but not the skin around it was dark. The pain was minimal, it just felt like a little tiny zap. The pen IS cauterizing the skin so there is some smoke and odor to it. I did have some difficulty doing some of them myself using the mirror but luckily I my adult daughter is not squeamish so she took care of several that I had trouble with. You do need to be prepared to have them be more noticeable until they heal and fall off, but I am so excited about this product!

I have tried tones of things to treat my melasma: chemical peels, chemical bleaches, Pico laser, nothing has worked. I received this today and I can already tell that my melasma is mostly gone. I have a good instict to use the thick tip for the melasma (aprox 3 cm long), that was a good call. But then I did something dumb, I tried the needles and I caused 2 innecesary blood dots. Other than that, it was fabulous! I hope it looks better and better as the days pass by, this was my first day.

This unit is super easy to use. I used it to remove skin tags from myself and, my fiancﾃｩ. It was not completely painless but, not unbearable at all. It was kind of like a small bee sting. My skin tag was smaller than my fiance's so, mine didn't bleed at all. His, on the other hand was a bit bigger and bled minimally. By the time I had the skin tag off of him, the unit had cauterized his bleed so, it had stopped. He also said it wasn't too terrible.

I had several skin tags located on my face, neck and chest. I'm happy to say I've burned them off. I have a few very small ones that look more like bumps, but the others are gone. I started at 2 using the larger needed and moved to 5. I've enjoyed seeing my face clear. I burned myself a little but I'm considering getting my face resurfaced after having kids and serious scarring from acne. I can't wait for clear skin.

So, I never leave reviews, which should say something! While I was pregnant, like a million skin tags popped up on my face, but they were regular skin tags, they were like 3D, and huge! You could see them poking out the side of my face, and it was so ugly. I tried to make an appointment to get them removed, but that was taking too long, so I ordered this pen. I was scared to use it at first, but it actually wasn't that painful. & it actually works! My huge fleshy skin tags are gone! I'm so happy!

I used this product to remove the moles that I have on my face. I have used this only one time and six days later, half of the moles that I had have fallen off. This item was easy to use and light in weight. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. I used this tool without the numbing cream and it was not unbearable or painful . The first couple of times it was a little uncomfortable but after that you get used to it. This was worth the money to me.

It does hurt because you're literally burning your skin but numbing cream should take care of that. Just take proper precautions , like cleaning the area properly and the tool.

This product is super easy to use and most of my moles are gone. It has be about 4 day and wow weeeeee clear skin. I did see a dermatologist first to have everything checked by a professional before starting this process. I highly recommend this product. I am so pleased! I wish I had found this sooner. The pain doesn't really bother me. I bought a numbing cream but I haven't needed it yet. It does have a small sting... but nothing super painful. The spots do scab up for about a week before falling off and leaving a small pink scar. Just be careful.... it basically burns your skin. Be careful.
