When you adjust the kibbeh make it as balls and put it in each section then press it..this way it takes the shape faster.
When u take it out close the edged with some water.
I made 5 lb of kibbeh dough it made 50 pieces in this tool.

They do not break (the filling does not come out) easily, quickly and efficiently. I made these stuffed with mozzarella cheese but the next ones will be corndogs style or cream cheese/guava. It was a hit with the kids. Then I will also try alcapurrias. I loved it.
