Just got it today. It arrived super fast. It was snug but not too tight. Directions say to wear it for only 30 minutes. It was decent change after that time. I'll definitely be using this again and probably for longer. Note to self, make sure you don't have a leaky nose before use!! I included before, during, and after photos.

I decided to wait at least two months before doing a review for this nose shaper. I'm very happy that I didn't give up on it, because I see a big change in the cartilage of my nose. One of the best things about this is that it actually helped my breathing! My experience with this shaper is, I put it on my nose and tipped the top of the shaper out, it opened my airway! I seriously couldn't believe that something so simple could improve my nose so drastically in 2 months, along with my ability to breathe! I would say if you have a thick cartilage tip, this would be a good option for you to try. I am aware that cartilage can, and will do what it's "trained" to do. That being said, you have to use this often, for at least 6 months to a years time before you consider stopping it. I'm very happy with this nose shaper that I thought wouldn't do as much as it has. I'm going to use it for a full year and hopefully my review will still be around. I would like to post before and after photos.
