10mins after package arrived by the delivery driver. I opened up the box being I already know it's fragile. I opened the box to the glassware box being crushed. I grab my phone to take a quick picture just to make sure I have documentation just In case it's broke. I lift it out holding both the top and the bottom. Sit it down and take the top off. It came hanging half way out the box. Thank goodness isn't broken at this moment being I need it first thing next week for a birthday gift. I hope it holds up. It was resting on the handle hanging out the box. Its beautiful but dusty. The only thing I believe that saved it is the extra cushion inside the box. Please package better. Please. Beautiful product, but I'll hate for it to arrive broken somewhere.
