Outside layers of 10Cr17 do well in toughness, corrosion resistance, and plasticity. The combination of two sheets of steel makes the knife perfectly work

Handle – Ergonomically designed carving classic handle is anti-slip and anti-freezing and firm to grip avoiding harms to your hand

Blade Craftsmanship – Vacuum heat treatment endows the steel with the best mechanical property. Non-stick coating avoids food sticking on the blade. Wire-drawing integrated full tang blade is more stable and safer

Functions – Ultra sharp blade edge design and well balance of this knife make it perfect for cutting, slicing, dicing, and mincing meat, vegetable. A wide blade is able to smash garlic. It is suitable for homes and restaurants

This has got to be the coolest looking meat cleaver ever! Totally looks medieval and like it could be from Game Of Thrones.

It's actually handmade and forged from high carbon steel and high manganese steel. The handle is made from rosewood and has carved brass dragons. It has weight to it, but not difficult to handle. It is also extremely sharp and thicker than my other cleaver. It cuts through meats like softened butter. Really don't need it for veggies and stuff like that because of the power, but it's super cool, so I have been using it for everything. Even with my neuropathy I don't have trouble handling it.

I'm not a chef just a home cook and I got this knife for BBQ cuts and figured the cheap price when I ruin it no big deal. I've smoked 6 batches of ribs and 3 chickens in the few weeks I've owned this and I wasn't easy on the knife at all. Came with a edge I shaved my arm with and with all the bone I've hit cutting up the meats it still shaves my arm. I will be buying more for sure.
