   This little gadget is a beast! I've only had it a few weeks and am shocked at the immediate results. Three of the four exercises leave me sore afterward. If you're inclined to stand in front of a mirror--and I did the first time I used it, because I was curious--you can actually see the various muscle groups being worked. I don't know how long the device will last since I've only just purchased it, but it seems very well made. Well worth every penny.

   This is definitely a great way to tone up your arms and chest. I was a little skeptical but reviews convinced me to give it a try. I purchased this because obviously I can't carry my weights with me everywhere. This works so well that I now use it more than I use weights to tone my arms. This is the real deal! I use it 3 days/week, twice per day. I would say this is the best workout tool I have purchased in a very long time. A plus is that it's easy to travel with and take back and forth to work.

   I got it to mainly see if it would slightly lift my larger size breasts and it has in a short time. I only use it between 5-10 minutes a day (3-4 times a week ) and have used it a couple of months so far. My upper arms are also more toned. I don't have too many issues with saggy arms and breasts, but ever since I had my son (many years ago) and now in my late 40s I am noticing changes. I notice a difference going bra-less as well and when I am lying on my back.

   No more batwings for me! 😂 in the less than a month I’ve noticed change in my arms, back and breast. My breast are plumped Iike they were before breastfeeding. My arms not only slimmed down but are toned.
